This route is reserved for marketplace customers. It will hold nearby branch search, booking requests, order tracking, and invoice visibility.

Location-based discovery, distance, and availability ranking.

Customers will search by current location or saved address and see branches with live capacity status and estimated turnaround.

Drop-off coordination before the order is created.

Booking requests stay separate from operational orders until laundry is physically received by the branch.

Order status, invoices, and payment visibility.

The customer shell will hold order tracking and invoice history, with notifications and receipts linked to the marketplace identity.

Chat and delivery are intentionally out of the initial scope.

The plan reserves this route for later customer-to-branch chat and other post-MVP marketplace workflows.
